Hi, my name is Syed Naqvi and I am a Junior Computer Engineer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
I go to school part time and work off campus as well. I moved from North Carolina to Massachusetts in 2018
to continue my education at UMass.
One of my hobbies is building my own personal computers.
This is my fourth personal build, but have built many other
computers for my friends and family.
I also like to play video games as a pass time.
I play all different genres of video games, but
my favorite types are ones I can play with my
friends.
Another one of my hobbies is making video games. Making a video game from scratch uses a lot of components. My
first game I built I built the terrain and painted on textures for the terrain, created all the enemies and buildings, and
also created all the audio for the game. This is a screen shot of a very simple terrain using a software called the Unity
Engine, my preferred software to use for making video games.
